TPI is seeking collaboration in the following areas:

• Drug Co-development: Collaboration with organizations engaged in the development of botanical or alternative therapeutic products.
• Clinical Development: Engagement with investors and service providers supporting clinical trial execution and related development activities.
• In-licensing: Evaluation and acquisition of therapeutic candidates for further development.
• Out-licensing: Partnerships to support the development and commercialization of TPI programs.

Collaboration Support

TPI provides collaboration support across key areas of development and regulatory activities:

• U.S. Regulatory Submissions:
  Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions in accordance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements.
• Global Regulatory and Commercialization Activities:
  Experience supporting regulatory filing and commercialization activities in international markets.
